Looks extremely promising. It had my brother grinning, and he's admitted that Aliens is quite possibly his all-time favourite film.

And it has co-op. :)

Yeah... FOUR PLAYER co-op! (like Borderlands!)

To say I'm excited is an understatement! Aliens is in my top 5 films ever (along with GB, ESB, Raiders and Jurassic Park) I cant put them in any order, it's like picking which of your kids is your favourite!

I too loved it, the single player game felt kinda rushed, but a lot of love certainly went into some of those multiplayer modes. Me and a few buddies still play it. Get in on it if you see us in a group on live.

I cannot wait for this game, brashly put, it looks like left 4 dead with Aliens. AND THAT IS NO BAD THING!

That sadly was down to the engine used, it was (and still is) rather outdated when compared to other games. Whilst I didn't directly work on that game (I worked for the sister studio, which got shut down :(), some of the guys in our studio did. Including some awesome AVP based stuff which afaik is not going to see the light of day :(
